This is the department that supervises all support staff in line with Office Management and those in Provincial Centers.
• It ensures the smooth running of the administration of day-to-day activities of the Secretariat at BETUZ in line with Office Management.
• The department sets standards in offices at Provincial level and Secretariat , update online portals and handle communication as well as maintaining of membership data for the purpose of bulk messages to teacher-members.
• The department does supervision of secretarial staff in all provincial centers and provides office aid.
• Keeping inventory of Technological equipment is done by the Office Manager at the Secretariat and all Provincial centers.
• The Department ensures that the organization's corporate image is maintained at Headquaters and Provincial Centers.
