DEPARTMENTS |

The department is in charge of investment projects and any other projects that BETUZ would deem necessary to engage in. It is a centre for all information the union uses. It conducts both Qualitative and Quantitative research.

Research is conducted on:

• Information sharing for members

•Common practices in the education system of Zambia

•Analysis of Education policies

The department also makes project proposals . These project proposals can be in business nature or teacher motivation.

The department feeds all other union departments with credible, reliable and accurate information on all happenings of the union

Research and Projects department also initiates research activities and programmes for collective bargaining. It also handles research studies on gender related issues.
