BETUZ is led by an elected President who is supported by the Deputy President, General Secretary as Chief Executive Officer, Deputy General secretary (Administration & Organisation) Deputy General Secretary (Finance & Banking), Senior Trustee and four(4) National Trustees.

At Provincial , District, Branch and School levels, BETUZ has elected Executive Committees which spear heads the Union programs.  These Committees which spearheads the Union programs are elected every four (4) years by the BETUZ Members.

The National Executive Committee and the Provincial Executive Committee constitute the General Conference. The general conference is held annually. The Quadrennial conferences are held annually. The Quadrennial conference is the supreme body of the Union and is held every four (4)  years to elect the National Executive Committee.
